9 May 2018 supposedly changed all that. Even the BIG TIME CROOKS BEING THE CRIMINALS that they are must pay for their crimes. Hence, Isham Rais' foresight on the BLATANT USURPATION of the Citizens Mandate that wanted Structural Changes has come True!
