Rosmah dijangka didakwa esok

© The Right to a Corruption-Free Malaysian Society as an Individual and Collective Constitutional and Human Right

In a progressive democratic society such as Malaysia's as judicially pronounced by the High Court in the judgment of Vazeer Alam JC (as he then was) which is a system based upon a constitution of stated PRINCIPLES of JUSTICE where every person is represented equally, it must be submitted that in light of the Preamble to and the Principle Objects stated in Section 2 of Act 694 (the MACC Act 2009) and the constitutional restrictions imposed under Article 10 (1) of the Federal Constitution pertaining to restrictions in the interest of the security of the Federation, friendly relations with other countries, public order and morality, it must be asserted that there exists The Right to a Corruption-Free Society as an Individual and Collective Constitutional and Human Right duly recognized under Act 597 (the Suhakam or Human Rights Commission of Malaysia Act 1999).

As such, the scourge of CORRUPTION & KLEPTOCRACY, being certainly constitutional restrictions pertaining to the interest of the security of Malaysia, friendly relations with other countries (tell that to the US DOJ & Swiss Attorney-General etc.!), public order & morality are not merely criminal offences per se, but also constitutional restrictions that pertain to the aforementioned constitutional restrictions and definitely impair our individual and collective enjoyment of our citizenship and human rights.

The age-old legal maxim lucidly states that CRIME DOES NOT PAY!

Hence, the recovery and confiscation of such properties being criminally & illegally gotten gains under Malaysia's very own Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative etc. must be fully considered in essence the very embodiment and execution of ensuring our individual & collective constitutional and human rights of The Right to a Corruption-Free Society.
