PEMIMPIN HANTU BURET BUKAN SAINTIS

KALAU SAINTIS HANTU BURET ILMU SAINS NEGARA AKAN BERJAYA

ANAK ANAK KECIL MAIN API

Anak kecil main api
Terbakar hatinya yang sepi
Air mata darah bercampur keringat
Bumi dipijak milik orang

Nenek moyang kaya raya
Tergadai seluruh harta benda
Akibat sengketa sesamalah kita
Cinta lenyap diarus zaman

Indahnya bumi kita ini
Warisan berkurun lamanya
Hasil mengalir ketangan yang lain
Peribumi merintih sendiri

Masa depan sungguh kelam
Kan lenyap peristiwa semalam
Tertutuplah hati terkunci mati
Maruah peribadi dah hilang

Kini kita cuma tinggal kuasa
Yang akan menentukan bangsa
Bersatulah hati bersama berbakti
Pulih kembali harga diri
Kita sudah tiada masa
Majulah dengan maha perkasa
Janganlah terlalai teruskan usaha
Melayukan gagah dinusantara

KAH KAH KAH..

Johor leaders happy with Singapore deal
By Neville Spykerman JOHOR BARU, May 25 — Local politicians are optimistic about deals struck by leaders from both sides of the Causeway to settle the longstanding dispute over KTM Berhad’s railway station in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore

The most welcomed development was the proposed Rapid Transit Link (RTS) between Tanjung Puteri in Johor Baru and Singapore.

Between 30,000 and 40,000 people in Johor commute to and from the island nation daily.

“Most of these commuters rely on public transportation,” said Datuk Seri Utama Shahrir Samad.

The Johor Baru MP said the RTS, to be jointly developed by both countries, would go a long way to ease the suffering of these commuters.

He said, however, that local politicians have yet to be briefed by the prime minister.

Shahrir said he was still digesting all the points of agreement between Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his Singapore counterpart, Lee Hsien Loong.

Yesterday, the two agreed to enhance features in the Points of Agreements (POA), signed in 1990, on the status and development of Tanjung Pagar.

With the agreement, the KTMB railway station will be relocated to Woodlands by July 1 next year.

In exchange, six parcels of land in the republic including KTMB land – at Tanjung Pagar, Kranji and Woodlands — will be developed by joint venture company, M-S Pte Ltd.

Another politician, Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed, said the agreement was a very good development.

The Pulai MP pointed out that both countries have finally put aside political considerations to settle the deadlock on Tanjong Pagar.

He said the initiatives must be looked at from a business perspective.

“I hope Singapore reciprocates in the form of more investments into Johor especially at Iskandar Malaysia,” he said.

Both Najib and Lee have agreed that Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Temasek Holdings Limited will form a 50-50 joint-venture company to develop a wellness township at Iskandar within the year.

Johor Opposition Leader Dr Boo Cheng Hau also lauded both countries’ decision to enhance efficient connectivity between Johor Baru and Singapore.

The Skudai Assemblyman pointed out that he had raised the issue of having a Joint Light Rail Transit system in 2008, during his debate speech at the Johor state assembly.

He said the system would definitely reduce traffic congestion on the Causeway and within Johor Baru town.

“But more importantly, it would reduce travel time for thousands of Malaysians who currently have to spend at least four hours a day commuting between Johor Baru and their work place in Singapore,” he said

He said it was also timely that both governments have decided to reduce toll fees for the Second Link.

The bridge has been underutilised due to unreasonably high toll rates, he said.

Toll rates for cars and trucks using the Causeway are RM5.70 and RM12 respectively, but RM22 and RM100 at the Second Link.

“The new rates should be equal or less than what is being paid at the Causeway,” he said.

tak belajar-belajar dari kesilapan. itula sebab kita belajar dan baca tentang sejarah. bukan nak hafal tarikh! bukan nak hafal benda takdak manfaat. kita belajar daripada kesilapan. mengaku buat silap dan kemudian jangan nak ULANG lagi kesilapan bodoh seperti perjanjian AIR dengan Singapura ataupun the landing rights yang Sing Airlines bolot semua sekali. Kita yang kena start all over again, apply mcm orang gila situ sini!!

tengok mcm mana Singapore tinggal kita...jauh ke depan, sebab masa nak 'negotiate' benda2 tolol ni, they are already thinking about macammana nak untung lebih itu ini. KITA MALAYSIA AJA YANG CUKUP BODOH UNTUK SETUJU DENGAN PERJANJIAN2 berat sebelah ni. TAK cukup tu, NI sekarang, dah konon pandai sangat2 dah belajar tinggi2.

What final details? and what “enhanced features”? make it PUBLIC please. share it with us. let us know. discuss in parliament like a normal democratic country.

KTMB land could in turn be swapped? on the basis of
equivalent value? for land of LESSER value..how is this happening?
